How To: Change the Name on Your Parent/Guardian Account

1. Symptoms
A user has created an account using their child's name instead of their own and wants to correct it.

2. Resolution Steps
Action for the User:
This is a self-service action. Guide the user to:

1. Log into their School-Day account.

2. Click on the gear wheel icon (⚙️) in the lower-left corner.

3. Select "Edit Profile" from the menu.

4. Update the First Name and Last Name fields to their own legal name.

5. Save the changes.
